As a client of M J Davis Valuations Pty Ltd you can be assured that
all details, whether provided by phone, fax or e-mail, will be
treated in the strictest confidence. If you send us your e-mail
address (or any other contact details), they will not be sold, given
away or otherwise made available to any other organisation or
individual. Only information provided voluntarily by you is used by
us, and is not given to other parties.
Our reputable company has been in operation since 1992, and our
staff are all Certified Practicing Valuers and Members of the
Australian Property Institute which upholds a Code of Professional
Practice, Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct.
M J Davis Valuations Pty Ltd does not sell real estate or act as
property sales (real estate) agents. This ensures we are independent
and avoids conflicts of interest that can be perceived to occur with
agency-based valuation firms. We act for you. Our independence
further ensures that any information which is provided
"Commercial in Confidence" remains confidential.
