Over the past 15 years this company has carried out residential valuations in the Greater Sydney Metropolitan Area, for a number of Banks, but specifically for two major Banks where up to eleven thousand valuations per annum were processed under strict turnaround requirements.

We have wide ranging experience in residential land subdivisions and regularly undertake work for the various Banks, and a number of well known project home builders and independent developers.

COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL

This area of valuation involves many diverse properties such as factories, warehouses, office buildings, retail shops, and factory units.
